SHIPPING & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Monograms For All Occasions, Inc. is currently able to ship to the Continental United States via UPS Ground and USPS.
Delivery times vary from product to product. Monograms For All Occasions, Inc. will make every effort to expedite your order; however, we work with many artisans and manufactures therefore shipping schedules may vary. In-stock items that do not require personalization will be shipped within 48 hours after processing. Most personalized items require 3 - 5 business days to complete prior to shipping. Due to the personalization process, some items take longer to create which will be stated on the item description page at time of purchase. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., (Eastern Standard Time), and do not include holidays that fall on those days. Additional shipping charges will apply to rush orders, please contact us for more information.
A physical address is required for all deliveries; therefore, Monograms For All Occasions, Inc. is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Many items on Monograms For All Occasions, Inc. site are sent out directly from the designer/artist. As a result, they may arrive at different times and in separate packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges for multiple packages.

BACK ORDERS
Although Monograms For All Occasions, Inc. attempts to keep popular items in stock; sometimes we can't keep up with the demands of our clients. Should you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
Credit cards will not be charged for backordered items until they are shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Monograms For All Occasions, Inc. has made a substantial effort to meet your high expectations for quality products. We will provide you with detailed product descriptions, reliable shipping and excellent customer service. Should you have a non-personalized item that does not meet your satisfaction, we will be happy to offer you a credit, refund or replacement as long as we receive notification from you within 10 days of receipt. Please include your order number and the reason you wish to return the item. Please note that shipping on exchanged products is the customer's responsibility. Monograms For All Occasions, Inc. will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and email you with further instructions. Without the Return Authorization Number, we will be unable to accept your return.
The Following items may NOT be returned or exchanged:
- Monogrammed or personalized items.
- Items that have been opened, used, damaged (after receipt) are missing labels.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Monograms For All Occasions, Inc. reserves the right to: - Cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time.
- Cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually backorder time or have been discontinued.
- Cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If your order is cancelled after charging your credit card, your card will be reimbursed for the amount charged.
GIFT PURCHASESMonograms For All Occasions, Inc. gladly extends the opportunity to include a message card with all gift purchases. The option to send a gift message appears towards the end of the purchase process. Please type your message exactly as you would like it to read on the gift card. Gift Certificates are also available. A sales receipt with pricing information will not be included in gift orders.
